Summer Art Camp
JUNE 13-17, 2011
9:00 - 11:30 am
Park next to Town Hall
 

This camp is for children ages kindergarten through sixth grade. Summer Art Camp is taught by three certified teachers who specialize in the performing and visual arts.

Activities are centered around art projects, theatre and music. At the conclusion of the camp, children put on a short program from the stage of the Town Hall followed by a potluck lunch for family and friends. Scholarships are available. Summer Art Camp Registration

     

GLASS MOSAIC CAMP
July 11 - 14, 2011
Hosanna Lutheran Church
Kellogg Road, Grand Rapids

 

For ages 7 and up, combines a stepping stone project, an 8x10 mosaic window, and a fun Tic-Tac-Toe game board, all in a four-day camp.

$68.00 - includes all materials.

Dance, yoga and other creative arts classes will be offered through the Center for Creative Arts in downtown Grand Rapids. Please call 419-830-3010 for more information.

Fine art classes are offered on a regular basis. Please e-mail us at grac@grandrapidsartscouncil.org to inquire about the latest offerings or to let us know what type of class you’d like to see offered.

Feel free to call Julie Pontasch at 419-832-ARTS with your class idea or email us.

The GRAC will provide the following services:

  • Take reservations for your class.
  • Send invoices for payment & collect the payment for your class.
  • Follow up on no-pays.
  • Call the waiting list if someone cancels.
  • Set up the facility before your class.
  • Issue a check for payment after your class has been taught (check writing occurs the next Wednesday after your class).
